class rivet::plotinfo::PlotParser;
Reads Rivet's .plot files and determines which attributes to apply to each histo path.

Parameters

section : ('PLOT'|'SPECIAL'|'HISTOGRAM')
    The section that should be extracted.
hpath : str
    The histogram path, i.e. /AnalysisID/HistogramID .
