Rivet is a community-maintained project, by the CEDAR team within the MCnet collaboration who develop a variety of key MC-generator tools to bridge the gap between theory and experiment.

To discuss development issues, use the Mattermost channels or email rivet-developers@cern.ch. Please discuss with the developers before submitting major merge requests containing significant design decisions.

To get involved as a developer, discuss and start making patches, via the MR system at the Rivet GitLab repository. When we are confident in your contributions, you can join the developer lists and groups for internal as well as public discussions. Welcome aboard!
